MEET SARA MILLER, LICENSED THERAPIST IN AUSTIN, TX

You don’t have to face every challenge alone.

In our culture, we’re taught that strength means managing everything on our own. But if self-help books, well-meaning advice, and podcasts aren’t cutting it anymore, that’s completely understandable.

The truth is, we’re not supposed to DIY our mental health.

know reaching out for help can feel tricky, especially if you’re used to being the one who takes care of everyone else. I’ve been there, too. In fact, that’s what ultimately led me to become a therapist—almost by accident...

I’m a wife, mom & licensed professional counselor—and I’m really glad you’re here.

My path to therapy wasn’t a straight line. It started with my own need to make sense of some really tough experiences. In a short period of time, I faced infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, my mom’s cancer diagnosis, and the death of my dad—all while balancing a busy career and relationships. The weight of it all eventually led me to therapy.

The impact it had on me was transformative. And that’s when I knew I wanted to help others in the same way.

Despite my background in corporate advertising and marketing, I went on to pursue a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, clocked over 3,000 clinical hours, and received specialized training in Interpersonal Neurobiology—before launching my own practice.
